At no additional cost, once per license year, one of our senior management personnel and your assigned support contact will visit your offices to assist in system use and optimization, provide on-site enhancements, and to discuss ways that we may be able to improve our software and support practices.
This meeting is designed to give you a voice in future product updates and direction as well as provide you with an avenue to present direct feedback to our executives.
We value our client relationships above all else, and so we provide an annual meeting to make sure that you feel valued, heard, and respected. If time allows, we glady use the remainder of our visit for ad hoc configuration at no cost to you.
As an IntelliPlan user, you receive full training in everything from frontline administration to advanced system configuration. Training programs are fully client-specific and tailored to your requirements.
Before training takes place, we evaluate your needs to ensure that every aspect is covered. Wherever possible, training is based upon a copy of your own data and system configuration, so that the knowledge and experience you gain can be put into effect as soon as you return to the workplace.
Our programs are delivered by experienced software trainers with a thorough knowledge of our products. Sessions can be arranged at clients’ own sites or run from the fully-equipped training suite at our Palatine headquarters.View our Courses

IntelliPlan users have online access to knowledgebase resources and to issue notification and tracking facilities at all times. Users can also contact us in person by telephone and email for technical support.
We encourage users to join the IntelliPlan online community. This is a forum in which clients can share best practice and discuss technical issues via the web. We also operate an online help desk, so that users can be kept fully up to date with technical issues.
