Saying Goodbye and Expanding the Team
I have been very fortunate to have met and worked with James Lim. He started working for Procentia about seven months after me, which was over seventeen years ago and both of us straight out of college. Its interesting to think about how sometimes you have known your co-workers longer than you have significant others and friends. You have seen your co-workers go through marriages, kids being born, and sometimes unfortunately even divorces and death of family members. It is with a heavy heart that we have accepted James Lim’s resignation. James is like a brother to me and will be greatly missed. This July James has decided to retire from the pension software industry and go for the America dream, to be self-employed. A couple years ago, James and a business partner started up their own company buying and flipping houses. This past year, their company has really started to take off and James has decided that in order for the business to reach its full potential he needs to step down and focus on that full time. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors and hope that he stops by the office from time to time to pay a visit to his old friends. Good Luck James!
As Procentia says goodbye to a very dear friend, we would like to also announce that we have been busy the past year and half with growing the Procentia family. We have started up a Business Analysts team and our development team has more than doubled in the past year and a half. We are looking forward to watching our new employees grow into their roles and welcome them to the Procentia family. We are really excited to see what the future holds.
